A proprietary 18-item self-assessment grounded in established research on mental fitness, stakeholder influence, and strategic leadership. Completed at week 1 to establish your baseline and again at week 23 to measure progress across the Inner, Relational, and Strategic Games.

A mix of videos and articles grouped under modules as they relate to the Inner Game, Relational Game, Strategic Game. The full library is available from day one. You direct which modules you engage with based on what is most alive in your role.

Rolling enrollment. We schedule your start week based on your calendar. Your first session is a rapport and orientation call where we align on goals, walk through your assessments, and set the trajectory for the engagement.
Two to three hours. One coaching session (60 minutes), daily PQ practice during the seven Activate weeks, and one or two curated resources of your choosing between sessions. The cadence shifts across phases — weekly through Assess and Activate, bi-weekly through Accelerate.
Program content is industry-agnostic. The marketing targets healthcare, life sciences, and biotech — but if you're a VP or SVP-level leader in the first 18 months of an executive role, reach out and we'll discuss fit.
Life happens. We reschedule. The 1:1 format means the engagement works around your calendar, not the other way around. To protect program structure, missed sessions are typically rescheduled within the same two-week window.
The engagement unfolds in three phases. Assess (Weeks 1–3): rapport, goal-setting, and integration of your Three Games Self-Assessment, DiSC profile, and stakeholder interview themes. Activate (Weeks 4–10): seven weekly sessions integrating Positive Intelligence with executive coaching. Accelerate (Weeks 11–22): bi-weekly sessions where you bring live stakeholder dynamics, strategic decisions, and the leadership moments unfolding in real time — and we work them as they happen. Weeks 23 and 24 close the engagement with measurable progress and a forward-looking 12-month plan.
Yes. Many participants are sponsored through leadership development budgets. We'll provide documentation to support a reimbursement request.
